The Covent Garden Hotel's Sake Martini – Recipe
For something a little unexpected, try this elegant, martini-style cocktail. It’s light, aromatic and sippable, and complements small pieces of parmesan.

Makes a single portion
30ml gin – opt for a crisp gin variety
15ml Lillet Blanc – a light, herbal fortified wine
15ml sake – select a smooth, medium-bodied variety
Combine the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake in a cocktail shaker, toss in plenty of ice cubes and stir for 30 seconds to chill well. Strain into a well-chilled martini glass and serve.
